Check-in Policy
We welcome you to Sparkling Hill Resort and look forward to sharing our European-inspired hospitality and amenities. Check-in is from 4.00pm and check-out is permitted until 11.00am. A valid photo ID and credit card must be presented by guests upon check-in.
Reservations made by a 3rd party must contact Sparkling Hill Resort directly to give credit card authorization for payment or alternatively print and complete the following Credit Card Authorization Form and return to Sparkling Hill Resort either by email or fax (250.275.1610). Sparkling Hill Resort accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
KurSpa Steams and Saunas Access
You can enjoy the steams and saunas from 9.00am to 11.00am and from 4.00pm to 10.00pm. KurSpa is an adult orientated spa and children 16 and over are permitted to use the facilities. Guests are free to make KurSpa appointments for treatments and therapies at any time during their stay (within KurSpa opening hours 9.00am – 6.00pm). The pools are open from 7.00am to 10.00pm for guests who have checked-in.
Access to the complimentary KurSpa facilities (steams, saunas & pools) is only available to guests who have checked in; check-in is from 4.00pm. Guests are not permitted to access KurSpa once they have checked out of their room; latest check-out is 11.00am.
