Where can you find world-class golf near Sparkling Hill? Just walk out the door and down the hill – literally. Located just below the Sparkling Hill Resort ridge lies Predator Ridge Golf Resort, one of only two public golf courses in Western Canada to rank in Score Magazine's Canadian Top 25. With 1,200 acres of immaculately-groomed fairways surrounded by rugged pine covered ridges and wheatgrass meadows, golf doesn’t get any better than this.

Starting with three par-four holes, this course is a challenge for players of every level. The 8th hole, a 578-yard downhill par-five, offers a rare chance at birdie on a challenging layout. The course's second half is a stunning links-design with grassy dunes that roll into the horizon. Classic bunkers and windswept fescues present a hybrid of challenge and beauty that put Predator Ridge in a class of its own in the country.

A new 18-hole golf course "The Ridge" designed by Doug Carrick, is now open. With a reputation for designing courses that combine the unique character of each setting while maintaining the traditional values of the game, this award-winning architect is recognized for developing some of the best golf courses in Canada and Europe.

If you’re looking for a variety of golf experiences, there are several other fine golf courses in the Vernon area to consider, including Vernon Golf and Country Club and Spallumcheen Golf and Country Club.
