Salt Steam

The air in this simulated natural salt cave microclimate is ten times more pure than outside. With a high content of sodium chloride, which works as an anti-allergic and anti-fungal, this salt sauna significantly reduces stress, while deepening and slowing down breathing. The salt sauna will enhance your concentration capacity and at the same time slow skin aging and smoothe wrinkles.

Panorama Sauna

This sauna is a peaceful refuge from the stress of daily living. The soothing dry-heat cedar environment looks out to beautiful Lake Okanagan, and will soothe your tired muscles, cleanse your skin and revitalize your spirit.

Herbal Sauna

The rustic yet modern bio-sauna is comprised of weathered wood to provide mild heat and low-to-moderate humidity. A different herbal infusion will be used each day to enhance the relaxing atmosphere.

Beginning with a mild temperature that rises gradually, the bio-sauna offers many benefits. Mild temperatures calm the body while promoting balance and harmony. Moderate temperatures help release tension and stimulate the glandular system. Higher temperatures stimulate the body and promote blood circulation. We recommend spending 30-45 minutes in the bio sauna and then visiting the Kneipp pool or ice igloo for optimal benefits.

Classical Sauna

Soothe, cleanse and revitalize your body. As you take in the Michelangelo-inspired work on the sauna’s ceiling, you will drift off into complete relaxation.

Igloo

The chilled white marble floor, stunning Swarovski Crystal lacquer components on the tiles and walls of this Ice Igloo create a cold, refreshing environment. After you indulge in a heat treatment, step into the Igloo to reawaken your senses. A motion of the hand will activate the fountain ice dispenser so you take advantage of an invigorating cool burst as you rub your skin down with the crushed ice. Your body will thank you.
