Enjoy early access to the pools and Kneipp waterway to get a jump on your day. Follow our European spa philosophy of hot-cold-rest with hydration to get the most out of your experience and unwind from the day’s activities.

  • Life changing, absolutely.

    It will be hard not to tell people. I can’t wait to testify about what this week meant to me. Even if you don’t have a weight problem per se, there is WAY more to it than weight loss. That just came naturally.

    I definitely conquered my bad coffee and eating habits. It was difficult at first, but now that I’m into it it is so easy to go on from here and moving forward.

    When I came in here I could barely walk. I had osteoarthritis, osteoporosis… I was just a mess. I think the Cryo Cold Chamber and the Kneipp waterway improved my blood circulation so that I don’t have any pain right now. Not in my knees, not in my hips, not in my fingers. So, I’m very grateful.

    The program is so well designed. From the breathtaking early morning hikes to the amazing muscle relaxing massages after a hard exercise class, enjoying delicious meals while the chef explained the healthy way of preparing it, and challenging yourself to go into a -110 degree celsius cold sauna.

    There is something so unique and special about Sparkling Hill that from the moment you step inside you feel different. I think everybody should do this.

  • It taught me that I can do it.

    I was wanting to get a real reset on my health habits. My eating, my exercise, my sleep. I just wanted to think about what I have done in the past and how I can make a difference in the future.
