Specialized Eating Program
Nutritious and delicious low carb and sugar meal plan with no caloric restrictions. Our science-based food program focuses on healthy weight loss, but is also beneficial for Type II diabetes, blood pressure reduction, lipid reduction, longevity, and prevention against Alzheimer’s disease and certain cancers.
Interactive Learning / Lecture Series

6 Cryo Cold Chamber Sessions
While originally known as an anti-inflammatory treatment for rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, Cryo Cold Chamber treatments have been noted in easing symptoms relating to neurological diseases, chronic pain, sleep disorders and more. This treatment is especially important for your recovery during the program.
