Explore a cozy Austrian inspired market featuring Okanagan artisans showcasing handmade jewelry, pottery, art, and natural bath and body products, perfect for finding unique gifts this season. This intimate four-course dining experience has been carefully curated by our PeakFine culinary team and thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from 50th Parallel Estate, a renowned winery nestled in Lake Country. Guests will have the opportunity to hear directly from the winery representative as they share insight into the art of Okanagan winemaking and the story behind each pairing.
The menu highlights dishes such as the Surf and Turf, Fraser Valley Duck Breast, and a vegetarian Root Vegetable Baluchon. Each course has been thoughtfully crafted by our culinary team to showcase the region’s finest seasonal ingredients, with a refreshing palate cleanser served before the main course to elevate and refresh your tasting experience.
