A visit to KurSpa is an opportunity to slow down, disconnect and enjoy a peaceful wellness experience. Located within Sparkling Hill Resort, KurSpa is designed to encourage rest and relaxation from the moment you arrive. A few simple courtesies help us preserve that sense of calm and ensure every guest can enjoy their time at KurSpa.
KurSpa Attire
When entering KurSpa, guests are required to wear spa attire, including a robe and slippers, which are provided in your guest room. Fresh towels are available at towel stations throughout KurSpa for use during your visit.
Arrive Early & Prepare for Your Treatment
If you have a treatment reserved, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, complete any required medical forms, change and settle in comfortably before your treatment begins.
For most treatments, we recommend arriving in your spa robe and slippers, with undergarments worn to your comfort level. Your Spa Practitioner will explain any specific clothing or undressing requirements for your treatment and will ensure you are appropriately covered throughout your experience.

Peace and tranquility are an important part of the KurSpa experience. We kindly ask that conversations remain quiet and to a minimum throughout KurSpa.
Being mindful of your volume helps maintain a restful environment and allows those around you to relax and enjoy their experience.

KurSpa offers a chance to step away from the everyday and be fully present. We encourage guests to limit phone use and be mindful of others who have come to disconnect and unwind.
Phones and other electronic devices are not permitted inside any steam rooms or saunas.
Be Mindful in Steam Rooms & Saunas
Steams & saunas are shared spaces intended for quiet relaxation. When enjoying a wooden sauna, please always place a towel underneath you before sitting or lying down.
Keep conversations quiet, leave electronic devices outside and be considerate of others enjoying the space. These small courtesies help preserve the peaceful atmosphere that makes KurSpa such a restorative experience.
Glass-Free Environment
To preserve a safe and serene environment for all guests, glass bottles and containers are not permitted within KurSpa. We kindly ask that all beverages be brought in non-glass containers.
Personal Belongings
For a relaxed KurSpa experience, we recommend keeping personal belongings in your guest room or KurSpa locker. This helps keep your belongings together while you move between KurSpa experiences.
