The Terrace Returns for the Season
A favourite among guests and locals alike, Terrace Restaurant is officially back for the season. Perched above the northern Okanagan Valley, our scenic outdoor patio offers the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxed summer meal while taking in sweeping views of the lake, mountains, and surrounding valley.
From fresh seasonal dishes to refreshing beverages, The Terrace celebrates everything we love about summer dining. Whether you’re gathering with friends, enjoying an afternoon date, or simply looking for a beautiful place to unwind, there’s no better spot to soak in the season.
Open daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, The Terrace welcomes guests aged 16 and older for walk-in dining throughout the summer.
Experience Austria on the Patio at Gerni’s Farmhouse
For a truly unique dining experience, visit Gerni’s Farmhouse, where Austrian heritage, authentic cuisine, and Okanagan hospitality come together in an unforgettable setting.
Named after Sparkling Hill owner Mr. Gernot Langes-Swarovski, Gerni’s Farmhouse is housed within an original 16th-century Austrian farmhouse that was carefully dismantled in Weerberg, Austria, transported to Canada, and reconstructed on the resort grounds. The result is one of the most distinctive dining destinations in the Okanagan.
This summer, guests can enjoy our scenic patio alongside a seasonal menu inspired by traditional Austrian fare. Savour house favourites including bratwursts, pretzels, schnitzel, and other hearty specialties while surrounded by remarkable architecture and mountain views.
Adding to the atmosphere, Gerni’s Farmhouse features live entertainment on select Saturday evenings throughout the summer. Enjoy traditional polkas, waltzes, and ballads performed by talented musicians while dining al fresco.

Gerni’s Farmhouse is open daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with Happy Hour available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Guests must be 16 years of age or older. Walk-ins are welcome.

A stay at Sparkling Hill begins with one of our favourite guest experiences: a complimentary à la carte breakfast at PeakFine, included with every overnight stay. Start your morning with fresh, locally inspired dishes while taking in sweeping views of the Okanagan Valley.
In the evening, PeakFine transforms into an elegant dining destination, offering thoughtfully crafted menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and regional flavours. Whether you’re enjoying a romantic dinner, celebrating a special occasion, or simply unwinding after a day at the KurSpa, PeakFine delivers an elevated dining experience in a stunning setting.
Open daily for Breakfast from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM and Dinner from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Guests must be 16 years of age or older. Reservations recommended.
