The Casino Royale Gala: One Spectacular Evening
Your New Year’s Eve unfolds as a single, beautifully curated night of celebration. Your New Year’s Eve begins at 5:00 PM as guests gather in both the Lobby and the Fireside Lounge for the welcome reception. Elegant hors d’oeuvres are served, and Patricia performs live piano from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, creating a warm and refined start to the night.
At the same time, the Fireside Lounge features Party Kings poker, roulette, and blackjack tables. The space comes alive with an elevated casino atmosphere that adds excitement right from the beginning.
Around 7:00 PM, guests are invited into the ballroom for a three-course plated dinner. The first course is served at 7:30 PM, accompanied by live jazz from the Trevor Salloum Quartet. Their performance enhances the dining experience and carries the evening through dinner service.
As the night progresses, DJ Frans Pynapples begins at 10:00 PM, bringing energy to the late-night celebration. An indulgent midnight buffet opens at 11:00 PM, followed by a sparkling toast at 12:00 AM to officially welcome 2026.
