Have you found it difficult to attract, engage and retain the right talent? Have you struggled with a growing disconnect between you and your employees? Does it seem that your company’s needs and that of your employees are differing? If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, the Corporate Workplace Communications Retreat at our luxury wellness spa is the right fit for you and your key employees. Our program can be a stand-alone 3 day company retreat or can be customized to integrate into scheduled meetings at Sparkling Hill Resort.

Who Should Participate?:

The program accommodates up to 18 participants as Dr. Strauss recommends only inviting your key staff to be part of the retreat. The program consists of each participant having individual time with Dr. Strauss (30 min each) and the CEO/Manager having an hour, as well as educational workshops and up to 2 team building experiences.

Dr. Pieter Strauss, Physician and Wellness Lead, FOCUS Program Our BC health resort Wellness Lead, Dr. Strauss, developed the FOCUS Programs to help enrich and foster positive romantic, family, and workplace relationships. A seasoned presenter of mental health workshops, he was Head of the Department of Psychiatry at a Regional Hospital until July 2014, when he decided to focus on his private psychiatric practice in the Fraser Valley while creating programs for Sparkling Hill Resort.
