To maintain a serene atmosphere, kindly keep your voice levels to a minimum, set your phone on silent and please refrain from making calls in consideration of other guests. KurSpa access is available through the lobby or the north elevator, which is located on all floors across from rooms 020/010/127/227/327. We ask that guests wear spa attire from their room while enjoying the KurSpa amenities, or fitness attire if using our Movement or Fitness Studio.

Please check in with KurSpa reception 15 minutes prior to treatments. Please bring your robe, towel and slippers from your room.

For those who wish to experience gourmet dining while enjoying the sanctuary of their private guest room, we are pleased to offer an in-room dining menu with a convenient selection of the same fresh farm-to-table cuisine you would find in our PeakFine Restaurant and Barrique & Java.

When placing your order online for in-room dining, please ensure that you are entering a 7 in front of your room number and ensure sure your order name is the last name on your room reservation. There must also be credit on your room. Please contact PeakFine Room Service should you require further assistance at extension 4001.

Connecting to Wi-Fi:

1. Connect to the hotel WiFi Network using the WiFi settings on your device and change TV input to HDMI 2.
2. Open your browser to a public web page and follow the on-screen instructions.

Casting to TV:

1. After connecting to WiFi, turn on the TV.
2. On your mobile device, open a Google Cast compatible application, such as Netflix.
3. Choose your content, look for the casting icon in your application and select it. Choose your room number, and your program should begin momentarily.
4. If not, manually switch inputs using the TV remote control until you see your content.

Troubleshooting:

• If your application does not have a casting icon, make sure you are using the latest version of your application and that the application supports Google Cast.
• If your device is ready but it is not being displayed on the TV, make sure the TV is turned on and set to the correct HDMI input to display the content. To switch inputs, keep pressing the source/input button on the remote.
• If you try to cast and the list of devices remains empty, make sure you are connected to the correct WiFi network and then follow the steps above again. Or try closing and restarting your application.

Reset or end your session:

If you’ve switched rooms, you’ll need to update your devices to connect to your new room. Perform this on each device.

1. Navigate to logout.now to disconnect your device from your old room.
2. You will be redirected to the login page.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your device to your new room.

In-Room Fridge:

The in-room fridge is located below the crystal fireplace.

In-Room Safe:

The in-room safe is located in the wardrobe. Operating instructions are located on the safe door. Please contact Front Desk if you require further assistance.

Luggage:

If luggage storage is required prior to check-in or after check-out, please contact Front Desk. A luggage rack is available in the wardrobe.

Ice:

Please press either the Room Service or Front Desk buttons on your phone and we will be happy to deliver ice to your room.

Laundry Service:

Personal clothing laundry service is available for an additional charge. Clothing received prior to 4:00pm will be returned on the same day, clothing received after 4:00pm will be returned on the next day. Please place laundry in the bag provided along with the laundry order sheet located in the wardrobe and call the Front Desk on your phone.

Telephone Service:

Local calls (Vernon and Coldstream) are free. Long distance charges will apply.

Transportation:

Please contact the Front Desk for transportation information or if you require taxi service. See our Partners page for our recommended transportation partner, Elite Mile.

Valet Parking:

Valet parking for one vehicle is complimentary with your stay, additional vehicles are charged a fee of $20 per night, per vehicle. Please contact Front Desk for assistance.

Wake-Up Service:

Please contact Front Desk if you would like to schedule a wakeup call.

Amenities:

If you have forgotten something at home, please contact the Front Desk using the Front Desk button on your phone as we have a variety of amenities available for you.

Robes & Towels:

Please take your robes and towels with you to the KurSpa for the pools, and steams and saunas. Upon departure, you must leave this in your room to avoid having a charge applied to your final bill.

Pillows:

For your comfort, your room is furnished with both firm and soft pillows so you can enjoy a perfect night’s rest on your health and wellness journey. The firmer option is placed at the front and the softer pillow is placed at the back.

Noise Restrictions:

To maintain a relaxing environment, our quiet time begins at 10:00 PM in consideration of other guests.

Cash Machine – ATM:

The closest ATM machine is located in the Clubhouse at Predator Ridge Resort.

Library:

Our Library is located on the 2nd floor for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Pet-Friendly Rooms:

We welcome cats and dogs under 60 pounds. Animals must be on leash at all times. We ask that pets are crated when left alone in the room. Please be responsible for waste clean-up of your pet. Additional waste bags are available through Front Desk. Pets are not allowed in KurSpa, PeakFine Restaurant or Barrique & Java.

Activities:

Contact KurSpa Reception using the SPA button on your phone for daily organized activities. Maps for hiking trails surrounding Sparkling Hill Resort and Predator Ridge Resort are available at Front Desk. Out of respect for our natural setting, please return all waste materials to hotel disposals.

If you see wildlife, please do not approach or feed them as they are wild animals.

Lost & Found:

If you have lost an item during your stay, please contact our Lost & Found team using the FRONT DESK button on your phone.
