LAUNDRY SERVICE
Personal clothing laundry service is available for an additional charge. Clothing received prior to 4:00pm will be returned on the same day, clothing received after 4:00pm will be returned on the next day. Please place laundry in the bag provided along with the laundry order sheet located in the wardrobe and call the Front Desk on your phone.

ROBES & TOWELS
Please take your robes and towels with you to the KurSpa for the pools, and steams and saunas. Upon departure, you must leave this in your room to avoid having a charge applied to your final bill.
PILLOWS
For your comfort, your room is furnished with both firm and soft pillows so you can enjoy a perfect night’s rest on your health and wellness journey. The firmer option is placed at the front and the softer pillow is placed at the back.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
To maintain a relaxing environment, our quiet time begins at 10:00 PM in consideration of other guests.

The closest ATM machine is located in the Clubhouse at Predator Ridge Resort.
LIBRARY
Our Library is located on the 2nd floor for your relaxation and enjoyment.
PET FRIENDLY ROOMS
We welcome cats and dogs under 60 pounds. Animals must be on leash at all times. We ask that pets are crated when left alone in the room. Please be responsible for waste clean-up of your pet. Additional waste bags are available through Front Desk. Pets are not allowed in KurSpa, PeakFine Restaurant or Barrique & Java.
ACTIVITIES
Contact KurSpa Reception using the SPA button on your phone for daily organized activities. Maps for hiking trails surrounding Sparkling Hill Resort and Predator Ridge Resort are available at Front Desk. Out of respect for our natural setting, please return all waste materials to hotel disposals.
If you see wildlife, please do not approach or feed them as they are wild animals.
