Austria Ballroom

The Austria Ballroom, named for the origin country of the Swarovski family, is the largest and most versatile meeting room at Sparkling Hill Resort. At almost 2,700 sq. ft. and with no columns to obscure audience views, it’s ideal for theatre-style stage presentations for up to 200 attendees. Upon arrival, guests can greet one another by the Fireside Lounge or the Outdoor Terrace, depending on the time of year. Once inside, shimmering Swarovski crystal chandeliers and the built-in projector can be managed from an audio-visual control station which also operates an ultramodern sound system. For smaller groups, the Austria Ballroom can be separated into three smaller meeting rooms: the Wattens, Salzburg and Vienna, placed within the Austria Ballroom in the order they appear on a map.

Wattens

The Wattens meeting room, named for the Austrian town that’s home to Swarovski Crystal, is Sparkling Hill Resort’s third largest meeting space (after the Austria Ballroom and the Salzburg). As with many of our spaces, its arrangement options for meetings include theatre-style, classroom, boardroom, hollow-square, U-shape and half-round. For social events, such as receptions and banquets, it’s ideal for 60 and 48 guests, respectively. Whatever the configuration, you’ll be looked after by our dedicated Event's Team who’ll connect you with coordinators to ensure your formal and informal activities unfold flawlessly.

Salzberg

Named for the city and birthplace of Mozart, the Salzburg room is our second roomiest meeting space at more than 1300 sq. ft. The Salzburg is spacious enough for theatre-style presentations with audiences up to 72 guests. As with all our meeting rooms, it’s fully equipped with wireless internet, projector and screen, podium, flipcharts and all the accessories you need to make your meeting a success. Our conference and catering team are on hand to seamlessly align your official agenda with your dining requirements.

Biberweir Boardroom

The Biberwier Boardroom, part of the Biberwier executive wing, is handsomely equipped for gatherings of up to 10 people. Whether for a formal board meeting, an informal executive retreat, or for simply dreamscaping a castle in the sky, few settings are more appropriate than Sparkling Hill’s Biberweir Boardroom.

Biberweir Lounge
