Complimentary Breakfast

Sparkling Hill Resort offers a full hot European-inspired, complimentary breakfast buffet to complement your health and wellness goals. Served every morning from 7 a.m. – 10 a.m. in PeakFine, our buffet breakfast teems with light fruits and juices. Notable among them is our Sparkling Hill Start-up Juice, our stimulating mixture of apples, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and spices. Buffet breakfast items range from fresh fruit salads to scrambled eggs and proteins, as well as a selection of fresh baked goods that changes daily. Complimentary coffee station is available starting at 6 a.m. at PeakFine.

PeakFine: Fine Dining at It’s Best

Open for breakfast, lunch or dinner, PeakFine is a pleasant way to start or end your day as a guest at Sparkling Hill. Just as our restaurant draws its name and inspiration from its European counterpart, ‘piekfein’, meaning “in peak-form”, our menus draw their ingredients from the finest farms and gardens of the Okanagan. Each course is presented with a pairing option chosen by sommeliers as familiar with British Columbian vineyards as they are with continental cellars. All are to be enjoyed in a luminous surrounding of Swarovski crystals, positioned to catch the sunlight reflecting from the water of Lake Okanagan.

Barrique & Java: Coffee and Wine Bar

The name Barrique & Java speaks to its delightful dual purpose. By morning, it’s a cheerful venue to enjoy coffee. It’s cozy stone and wood décor perfectly suits the inspiring scenery visible outside. By evening, it becomes a convenient locale to gather for conversation over a glass of wine. House-made pastries or shared antipasto and cheese plates make for a perfect complement to your drink.We feature a daily Happy Hour that favours selected Okanagan house wines and craft spirits.
