Join us for an exclusive collaboration with 50th Parallel Estate Winery on Saturday, December 6th. This is a rare opportunity to experience a distinguished dinner crafted to perfectly showcase 50th Parallel’s outstanding wines.

  • The Menu: Indulge in a thoughtfully curated multi-course long-table dinner crafted by Executive Chef James Fettes, featuring refined seasonal flavours and artful plating. Each course is intentionally paired to highlight the unique character of a selected 50th Parallel wine. All Wine pairings are included with your ticket. 
  • Meet the Experts: Throughout the evening, 50th Parallel’s  winemaker, head sommelier, and owners will guide you through each curated pairing, offering refined insights into the story, craftmanship, and intention behind every pour.
  • Atmosphere: The evening is complemented by the elegant sounds of a live Pianist, providing a sophisticated musical backdrop from start to finish.
  • Take Home: Guests will have the opportunity to purchase their favourite 50th Parallel wines to enjoy at home.
  • Dress Code: Elevated smart casual attire is recommended for this evening experience.
