Back by popular inquiry, our culinary team has created another daily feature menu at PeakFine restaurant. Highlighting fresh local produce, meats and fish. From Sockeye Salmon straight from our West Coast of BC infused with Thai green curry and local bok choy, Western Canadian beef short ribs served with a zesty cilantro cabbage slaw and Hill Crest Farms chicken from Salmon Arm BC paired with some beautiful new BC potatoes and summer green beans. Farm to Table is an evolving commitment, to which our team will continue to highlight the farms in our region using as much Okanagan produce as we can get our hands on. Our Executive Chef, John Stratton is beyond excited to have this menu launch and formally invites you to join us and see what nightly features we have for you.
