With farm-to-table philosophy in mind, our Executive Chef has prepared new fall menus for our PeakFine restaurant. The fall menus have options that are sure to nourish your body, yet are full of flavour.

2017 Fall Dinner Menu at PeakFine
Our first course and main dinner selections offer a wide variety of options for different diets, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Each of our starters and mains have the perfect wine pairing option listed to get the most out of the fresh fall flavours, such as the Pumpkin and Lobster Ravioli with a nice Sauvignon Blanc or the Chipotle and Cacao Slow Cooked Beef with a Shiraz.

2017 Fall Dessert Menu & Cheese List at PeakFine
Indulge in the decadent autumn desserts at PeakFine this fall, such as the Dark Blueberry Panna Cotta served with blackcurrent sorbet, or the New York style Caramel Apple Cheesecake. For a less sweet after-dinner treat, try from our selection of carefully chosen cheese, such as the Manchego or the Borgonzola, served with crackers, fruit compote and spiced nuts.

2017 Fall In-Room Dining Menu at Sparkling Hill Resort
Prefer to dine in your room for lunch or dinner? A selection of our autumn lunch, supper, and dessert items can be enjoyed right from the comfort of your own room. Split our Antipasto Plate or Cheese Plate for a light yet robust finger food selection. Room service is available from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., making it the perfect option for a mid-day or night-time meal or snack.
