With all the awareness and adaptation of mental health I thought it was important to shed light on foods we consume that can also give us a chance to be our best mentally. Sweet potatoes are rich in antioxidants. This helps in reducing damage to the brain cells, which can have a negative impact on mental health. It can also be helpful in reducing the oxidative stress on DNA, which has been linked with depression and anxiety.
