Aqua fit

This activity is great for anyone who is looking for a lower impact activity but still looking for a boost in cardio activity and a great workout.  This class is provided in our beautiful indoor salt water pool.
Meditation

Meditation is one of our more popular activities; it is a great way to start your morning and your stay with us and just as great to end with on your day of check out.  Our meditation is guided by one of our amazing KurSpa practitioners and is virtually guaranteed to leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.  Our practitioner will bring the class through breathing exercises followed by a physical body relaxation then through mantras and visualizations to complete the experience.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are easily the most requested fitness classes and are normally offered multiple times daily.  We offer a variety of yoga classes to suit all levels of experience and needs.  Each class is provided in our Movement studio that overlooks the surrounding country side.

Guided Hikes

This is a perfect option for anyone who loves the outdoors! We have a great selection of trails and the Guided Hike offers a perfect introduction to the picturesque landscapes of Sparkling Hill Resort.

Total Body Stretching

Stretching is a vital part of any exercise routine as it gives your muscles the ability to lengthen to expand and restore after exercise.

Healthy Back

A healthy and strong back is the key to a pain free back.  This workshop is designed to teach you basic exercises to increase muscular endurance and improve back health by stabilizing the spine.
