Sales & Marketing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner
  • Answer client/bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g. hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc)
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team

Front Office Manager

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the supervision and control of all Front Office areas to the standards laid down by maximizing revenues and profits to budgetary limits. The following positions report directly to the Front Office Manager: front desk, reservations and valet.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure that guests are greeted, checked in and allocated rooms promptly and courteously
  • Ensure that check-in procedures are strictly adhered to and that the correct address and charge out details are obtained from each guest
  • Be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints

Job Duties:

  • Ensure the cleaning and supplying of guest rooms and the comfort of all guests
  • Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and Sparkling Hill standards
  • Adhere to the established standard of safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies
