Restaurant Fine Dining Server

A successful candidate for this role will be prompt, courteous and hospitable. Previous experience in a fine dining environment and working knowledge of SilverWare POS would be an asset. Kitchen Chef de Partie

Sparkling Hill Resort is looking fill the position of Chef de Partie. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and will take the lead during morning shifts. Candidates should be interested in working for a World Class Resort. Front Desk Front Desk Agent

Candidates must possess a strong desire to provide high levels of service and have a professional and welcoming demeanor. Previous guest service/hotel experience is required, and any related Hospitality or Tourism Certificates, Diplomas or Degrees are an asset. For more information, click here.

KurSpa Esthetician

Applicants may have a variety of experience and certification in Esthetics, with relative working experience in either a Day Spa setting, or hotel/resort setting. Applicants possessing hospitality or guest services in a spa setting is an asset, but not required. You must have a bona fide certificate from an accredited program in either BC, or Alberta, and can be specialized or experienced in any of the esthetician spectrum. KurSpa Spa Practitioner

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional guest service skills in addition to possessing experienced Spa Practitioner qualifications and skills. Applicants may have a variety of related experience in the Spa/Beauty profession and sector, with relative working experience in the Spa Sector, or hotel/resort setting. Previous hospitality or guest services experience is an asset but is not required. Candidates must have a bona fide certificate from an accredited program in either BC or Alberta. KurSpa Spa Receptionist

This position is key to our delivery of KurSpa services and hosting our hotel patrons to the largest spa in North America (43,000 sq ft); including booking spa appointments and treatments on a specialized operating system, conducting guest tours of the KurSpa facility, and performing a variety of other receptionist duties, especially being an ambassador for the Resort. Maintenance Maintenance Helper

Primary responsibilities are for the general upkeep and preventative maintenance inside and outside the Resort. Maintenance duties include; pool testing and chemical adjusting, building repairs involving drywall and wood working, framing, painting, grounds maintenance, recycling sorting, garbage pick-up, trail maintenance, sweeping parkade, snow clearing, etc. For more information, click here.

Kitchen Pastry Cook

Sparkling Hill Resort is looking to fill the position of Pastry Cook. This individual must have a well rounded knowledge of all areas of the kitchen, with demonstrated experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery. Kitchen Prep Cook

The Prep Cook role will assist with prep and stocking duties, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, receive and put away food and supply orders, as well as help to clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment. Maintenance Assistant Maintenance Manager

Sparkling Hill Resort is seeking a talented, technically minded Assistant Maintenance Manager. This is a full time (5 x 8hr days/week) permanent position with training. Kitchen Cook

Restaurant Cafe/Lounge Server

This position will work in Barrique & Java Cafe, Sparkling Hill's coffee bar by day and wine lounge by night! A successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and must be comfortable bartending. Reflexology Practitioner KurSpa

This position will primarily provide 30 and 60 minute reflexology treatments to guests in our 40,000 sq. ft. KurSpa. Certification in massage as a Spa Practitioner would be additionally beneficial but is not required. For more information click here.

Kitchen Breakfast Cook

We currently have an opening for a full-time position of Breakfast Cook - The primary responsibility for this position is to execute our European style buffet breakfast, as well as a la carte breakfast dining in our PeakFine Restaurant. Service style is European fine dining and staff will go through an intensive, European training program to host and serve in our resort dining locations: PeakFine Restaurant (seats 240); Barrique & Java (70 seats); Austrian Ballroom for banquets/events (seats 180); and Gernot's private lounge (seats 30). Candidates will be prompt, courteous and hospitable. Candidates must also be well groomed and service orientated. KurSpa Spa Attendant

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional guest service skills – remaining calm and courteous at all times – in addition to being organized, physically fit and able to work well under pressure. Previous spa, hospitality and/or guest services experience is preferred. Candidates will be highly responsible and reliable and be comfortable working independently, with little direct supervision. Housekeeping Room Attendant

Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher

The role is to work in a large commercial kitchen, operating a conveyor belt dishwashing system, scrubbing pots/pans, sanitizing kitchen area, wash and sweep floors, remove garbage, etc. In addition, general basic cleaning duties in the kitchen for hygiene and food sanitation will be needed. This role is to be the first point of contact for guests when they arrive in the Restaurant, and to provide a high level of fine-dining service.
