Front Desk Front Desk Agent

KurSpa Spa Receptionist

This position is key to our delivery of KurSpa services and hosting our hotel patrons to the largest spa in North America (43,000 sq ft); including booking spa appointments and treatments on a specialized operating system, conducting guest tours of the KurSpa facility, and performing a variety of other receptionist duties, especially being an ambassador for the Resort. Maintenance Maintenance Helper

Primary responsibilities are for the general upkeep and preventative maintenance inside and outside the Resort. Maintenance duties include; pool testing and chemical adjusting, building repairs involving drywall and wood working, framing, painting, grounds maintenance, recycling sorting, garbage pick-up, trail maintenance, sweeping parkade, snow clearing, etc. For more information, click here.

Kitchen Breakfast Cook

We currently have an opening for a full-time position of Breakfast Cook - The primary responsibility for this position is to execute our European style buffet breakfast, as well as a la carte breakfast dining in our PeakFine Restaurant. Administration Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager, under the direction of the General Manager, is primarily responsible for aiding in the overall operation of the hotel. The Assistant GM works alongside the General Manager to aid in the development of departmental standards for the hotel, ensuring that the General Manager approves required expenses and helping in the establishment of standards of service. The Assistant General Manager is also responsible for training and development of the Department Manager’s as well as assisting the Department Managers with any guidance that is needed. Restaurant Junior Server

Service style is European fine dining and staff will go through an intensive, European training program to host and serve in our resort dining locations: PeakFine Restaurant (seats 240); Barrique & Java (70 seats); Austrian Ballroom for banquets/events (seats 180); and Gernot's private lounge (seats 30). Candidates will be prompt, courteous and hospitable. Candidates must also be well groomed and service orientated. KurSpa Spa Attendant

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional guest service skills – remaining calm and courteous at all times – in addition to being organized, physically fit and able to work well under pressure. Previous spa, hospitality and/or guest services experience is preferred. Candidates will be highly responsible and reliable and be comfortable working independently, with little direct supervision. Housekeeping Resort Runner

This role is to be interacting and providing service to our hotel guests, in assisting them with any items they may need in their room, or hotel, during their stay. It includes delivering items to their room, Spa, anywhere in the hotel, valet service, orientating guests to their rooms and showing room features. Other duties include light cleaning, vacuuming the public areas in the hotel in between service times, restocking bathrooms etc. in between events and functions and other related duties. Housekeeping Evening Cleaning Attendant

The primary role is to clean the public hotel areas - restaurant, ballroom, bathrooms, hall corridors, spa area, etc. The Evening Cleaning Attendant will also assist with cleaning and stocking rooms, and delivering items to guest rooms upon request. Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher

The role is to work in a large commercial kitchen, operating a conveyor belt dishwashing system, scrubbing pots/pans, sanitizing kitchen area, wash and sweep floors, remove garbage, etc. In addition, general basic cleaning duties in the kitchen for hygiene and food sanitation will be needed. Restaurant Expeditor

This role works closely with both the Front of House and Kitchen team to ensure all food orders are prepared accurately and to quality standards. Candidates will need to be highly organized and be able to maintain a professional demeanor in high-paced situations. For more information, click here

This role is to be the first point of contact for guests when they arrive in the Restaurant, and to provide a high level of fine-dining service.
