Make your holiday season party all the more special with an overnight stay for your team. Groups of 10 rooms or more may be eligible for a corporate group rate, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations booked for a Corporate Retreat SHaRP Program package will be applicable in accordance to the executed group contract cancellation policies. Regular cancellation policies of Sparkling Hill Resort do not apply to the group program.

Spa Treatment Request Details

If you are interested in reserving a block of spa treatments for your group, please provide the following:
(e.g., afternoon of March 12, or over two mornings)

Treatments are available between 3:00pm day of check in and 10:00am day of check out.

A maximum of 20 treatments are available per day, with each treatment limited to 60 minutes per guest. A spa block is only valid if it is a part of the signed contract. Contracted spa treatments will be billed to the master account and include applicable taxes and an 18% service charge. Please refer to the KurSpa section of your contract for full details.

If a spa block has not been confirmed or not in place, spa appointments are not guaranteed, must be booked individually, and are subject to availability.

Due to high demand for spa treatments, once you receive the available appointment times, you will have a 3 business day window to confirm and secure your spa block. If not confirmed within this timeframe, the reserved treatment times will be released back into general availability.
