Fitness Classes
Physical activity is an important part of every healthy lifestyle. Our KurSpa fitness professionals lead daily scheduled activity classes. Classes are available for $10 per class (or included in selected retreats) and are structured for everyone to move at their own pace.
Bod Pod & Fitness Assessments
The BOD POD® is the gold standard in body composition measurement, offering insights into your overall health. It helps track the success of your nutrition and exercise program, monitor obesity risk, and optimize athletic performance. Combine your BOD POD results with a personalized fitness assessment to refine your nutrition, workout routine, and performance.
Fitness Studio
Enjoy top-of-the-line Keiser equipment in our fully-equipped gym, open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. Exercise on your own, or book a fitness assessment or personal training package with our expert trainers to enhance your workout and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Guided Hike
45 minutes
This guided hike takes you through scenic trails at a steady pace. Connect with nature, boost stamina, and clear your mind. Be sure to wear proper footwear.

Core

Target & tone the muscles of the abdomen, low back, & glutes. A combination of Pilates, yoga-inspired, and functional exercises, help you improve core stability, & balance.
Stretch
45 minutes
Release tension & improve flexibility in this, restorative stretch class. Using slow, movements, you’ll target key areas of the body to increase range of motion, reduce stress, and promote overall relaxation.
Circuit
45 minutes
Whether you are new to exercise or experienced with resistive movements, you will feel better with this perfect combination of low impact exercises, utilizing body weight and light bands to strengthen and tone.
Power Yoga

Combine the athletics of Ashtanga with the flow of Vinyasa, put together in sequences designed to build strength and endurance.
Gentle Yoga Flow

Energizing blend of hatha & vinyasa, refocus the mind & rejuvenate the body. Move at your own pace in a class designed to uplift the spirit & restore peace to body & mind.
Yoga Fusion

Yoga inspired class using yoga poses, stretch & the core to give a full body stretch and relaxation. Good for any level from beginner to novice, including those with injuries.
Restorative Yoga

Cultivate tranquility in the mind, body, & spirit with prolonged poses & stretching techniques. Using props such as blocks & bolsters to enrich the experience and enable a deeper understanding of each posture.
Aqua Yoga
45 minutes
A therapeutic flow of movements in the water, offering accessible postures for all bodies and abilities. This class helps develop strength, balance, and range of motion with less stress on the joints.
50/50 Yoga
45 minutes
Start with an invigorating flow to warm the muscles & work-up a sweat, then slow it down with restorative postures, meditation, & pranayama to leave you refreshed & rejuvenated.
