I like the atmosphere! Everyone is always so friendly and relaxed.
3. WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AND WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY IN YOUR ROLE LOOK LIKE?
I’m a front Desk Agent and mostly assist guests with check ins and check outs. Answers telephone calls, and assist with any inquiries guests may have.
4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF YOUR JOB/WHAT DO YOU FIND MOST SATISFYING?
I like interacting with different types of guests that stay with us, and get to know a variety of different backgrounds. I love to make guests happy!
5. WHAT IS SOMETHING SPECIAL THAT YOU HAVE DONE TO “WOW” A GUEST, OR MAKE A GUEST’S DAY?
As the availability was very limited one time, a guest staying with us had to move twice during their stay, I managed to fix it for them and they were very happy!

I am originally from Germany.

To reach out to those that are in need, struggle, or ask for my support.
It satisfies me.
3. WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING MOST DURING YOUR FREE TIME? WHAT ARE YOU FAVORITE HOBBIES?
I enjoy spending time with friends and family! I like to play volleyball, tennis and travel as much as I can.
4. WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE BEST THING ABOUT LIVING IN THE OKANAGAN?
The scenery and the weather!

I traveled to couple different countries in Europe, Germany, Italy , Croatia, Bulgaria and France. I like to explore and see new places.

Somewhere tropical – I love the sun and the beach!

No favorite book comes to mind, however anything that inspires me to grow in knowledge, or any story I can learn from.
